Important
Pre-registration closes on May 25. In order to avoid queuing up at the registration desk of the Meeting, it is advisable to register before May 25.

The registration fee for participants includes:
• Participation in all scientific sessions
• Participation in the satellite symposia organised by the Industry
• Congress bag with the Programme and Abstracts, tourist info and meeting related documents
• Access to the exhibition
• Lunch and coffee breaks
• Get-Together Party on Wednesday evening, June 2

The online registration and payment form is secured  so that credit card information can be submitted safely. Immediately after registration an automatic confirmation of your registration is sent by email. If you do not receive this automatic confirmation your registration has not been made successfully.
 

Confirmation
Medicongress will send a formal confirmation by email after receipt of payment.

Cancellations
Participants canceling their registration before May 1, 2010, will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the Organising Secretariat. All refunds will be processed after the Meeting. Name substitutions are accepted at any time at an extra charge of € 75,00.
